Growing up in the once small Texas town of Celina, Grant learned the values of keeping your word and being fully devoted to quality of work. Grant is one of our founders and is the administrative and efficiency driven mind behind much of our success. We love his commitment and loyalty to his family and his incredible ability to keep his truck impeccably clean at all times. If he’s not at work you’ll probably find him hunting or fishing somewhere in North Texas.

Justin is the glue that has built a strong sense of community within our team. Playing on football teams all the way through the collegiate level gave him the tools to help our team build a fun thriving community where everyone is highly valued. Married to his wife Lindsey since 2007 they’ve built a beautiful family of 5. When he’s free you can find him hunting or fishing somewhere in the great outdoors, where he says he feels the closest to the Lord. If you really want to bless him though, take him out for Sushi.

Justin Laird

Jeremy has been with us since the beginning, and because of that, we’ve decided to forgive him for being a die-hard Longhorns fan. Joking aside, he’s truly the most loyal and dedicated guy we know. He’s always looking out for those around him and making sure to provide a great life for his wife and three daughters. Aside from roofing, give him a call if you’re looking for the best Mexican spots between Waco and the Red River. He’s scouted them all.

Jeremy Collins

Aaron brings the fun to our team every time. He’s an great combination of insightful and entertaining. He’s a Jesus loving guy who’s been married to his wife since 2021 and his son, Cohen, is his biggest joy. While Aaron is also a hunter, it’s most likely that you’ll find him somewhere in Central Texas reeling in a big large mouth. He’s your go-to if you want to know what they’re biting on in Central Texas.

That beard though. I mean what can we say, this guy is the real deal. We are so proud to have this guy on our team. The wisdom and skills he gained from serving years with our military have made us all that much better. Outdoorsman galore, this guy guides hunts all over Texas and makes sure we know all the best spots to hunt for whatever our hearts desire. He is full of loyalty and kindness that make everyone around him feel right at home. 

Thomas Rasmussen

Reagan is our adopted Texan. Having grown up hunting and living a simple life in Mississippi, he helps us all remember what’s truly important in life and helps us draw back to a simpler time. His faith is his shining light and his love for his wife Kenzie and his two kiddos, Kemper and Trigg keep him moving forward. While he’s our newest team member, he has brought a heart for quality and hard work that has challenged us all to be that much better. 

Reagan Hendry
